1 - Order Processing
All orders placed on Dash Glasses are mostly processed within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During product launches, promotions, or high demand periods, order processing times may be slightly longer.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

4 - Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Dash Glasses may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

• incorrect addresses
• incomplete address details
• unavailable recipient at delivery
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7 - Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases:
• reshipping charges may apply, or
• the order may be cancelled according to our Refund Policy.

8 - Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
Dash Glasses will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.
If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement.
If the package arrives damaged, customers should notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide unboxing video of the package and product.

Orders may require a signature or OTP confirmation at the time of delivery depending on the courier partner.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Dash Glasses cannot guarantee recovery of the shipment.
Customers should ensure someone is available to receive the package.
